Michael Faulkner
Founder & CEO, Radical Humanity
20+ years turning human potential into organisational performance.
Former CEO and Managing Director of NKD, Michael has spent his career leading large-scale leadership, culture, customer experience and transformation work for global organisations. He combines executive experience with academic experience in Occupational Psychology and current study in AI Leadership at LSE.
His work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, human performance and emerging technology, helping organisations build the human capability to thrive through change.
