Michael is a transformation strategist, organisational psychologist and former CEO with more than 20 years’ experience helping global organisations turn strategy into measurable human and business performance.

His career has spanned leadership, culture, organisational transformation, customer and employee experience, behavioural change and strategic storytelling. He has personally led and designed large-scale transformation programmes for organisations including DHL Group, Australia Post, Virgin Atlantic, Iberia, Royal Mail, Woolworths Group and Auberge Collection, working from executive leadership teams through to enterprise-wide workforces. 

Michael’s particular strength is connecting disciplines that are too often treated separately. He has the ability to translate complex organisational challenges into ideas people can understand, believe in and act on. His previous work has included transformations reaching hundreds of thousands of employees and delivering measurable improvements in engagement, customer experience, leadership capability, organisational performance & EBIT. 

Today, his focus is increasingly on the relationship between technology, innovation, the pace of change and Human Brilliance: helping organisations embrace the possibilities of technology and change while strengthening the distinctly human capabilities.

Michael holds a CIPD, MSc Occupational Psychology and has undertaken the LSE AI Leadership Programme, bringing together more than two decades of practical transformation experience with a deep interest in the science of human behaviour and the future of work.

As Founder of Radical Humanity, his ambition is simple: to help organisations upgrade the human system around transformation.
